Our team is made up of our Travel Money Specialists and Head Office roles.
Travel Money Specialist
Position Background: You’ll be selling foreign exchange products to customers departing for exciting overseas destinations and purchasing foreign cash from overseas tourists. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will need to be numerate, confident, computer literate and a good communicator with a friendly disposition.
Position Details: We offer a competitive base salary ($40,000 – $45,000 depending on experience) plus a generous bonus scheme. We operate a friendly and flexible environment and excellent conditions of employment. Full in-house training is provided – including in cash handling – which is an important part of this role.
Travel Money Specialist plus supervisory duties
Operational and training responsibility for all locations
“Head Office” Roles (eg admin, operations, marketing, training etc)
Currently undertaken by the business owners.
All these positions can be full-time or part–time depending on business requirements.
